Data controller

Purpose of data processing

The access by CHEMIPOL to the personal data contained in the files of its ownership will be done solely and exclusively to allow CHEMIPOL to meet the requests of the User and to keep him informed, including by electronic means, about the products and services of CHEMIPOL, without being able to apply them or use them for any other purpose.

Data retention

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the deletion is not requested by the interested party or, when applicable, while the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained as of the last confirmation of interest by the User, in such cases they must be destroyed or returned to the person in charge of them; the same purpose must be given to any support or documents containing some personal data being processed. Legitimation for data processing

Recipients

The User expressly authorizes the transfer of his data as long as there is a legal obligation to do so, since CHEMIPOL will not transfer the data in any other case to third parties.

The User may exercise the following rights, provided in the RGPD, in relation to the processing of his personal data:

  • Right to request rectification or deletion.
  • Right to request the limitation of its processing.
  • Right to refuse the processing.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right not to be subject to automated individualized decisions.

A-08631020, or by e-mail to the address web@chemipol.com In both cases, the interested User must join a copy of his national identity document, passport or other valid document that identifies him. The communication must be made immediately and in no case beyond the working day following the reception of the request, together with, where appropriate, other information that may be relevant to resolve the request.

Also, we inform you that you can exercise your rights before the competent Control Authority. In this case, the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (AEPD), address at Calle Jorge Juan, nº6, 28001 Madrid.

Security measures and levels

CHEMIPOL has adopted the necessary measures to maintain the level of security required, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to avoid, as much as possible and always according to the state of the art, its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.

Likewise, CHEMIPOL guarantees that it has implemented mechanisms to:

  1. Guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and permanent resilience of the processing systems and services.
  2. Restore availability and access to personal data quickly, in case of physical or technical incident.
  3. Check, evaluate and assess, on a regular basis, the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures implemented to guarantee the safety of the processing.
  4. Pseudonymize and encrypt personal data, if applicable.

Scope of application

The structure of processing, equipment and information systems in order to comply with current legislation on data protection, will apply to all processing, temporary or permanent, owned by CHEMIPOL that contain personal data, as well as to any device or information system that processes them.

User Consent

The User states that he has read and expressly accepted this Privacy Policy when registering with CHEMIPOL, granting his unequivocal and express consent to CHEMIPOL, to the processing of the data in accordance with the purposes and services herein reflected.

The User expressly authorizes the communication of his data to third parties to allow CHEMIPOL to carry out the purposes provided in this privacy policy. Changes in the security and data protection policy

CHEMIPOL reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy in order to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as those that may arise from standard codes existing in the matter, or by strategic corporate decisions, with effects from the date of publication of said modification on the Website of CHEMIPOL.

Data communications made by the User

Before providing personal information about third parties on the Website, the User must obtain their prior and express consent, having informed them of the terms included in this Privacy Policy. The User undertakes to hold CHEMIPOL harmless against any possible claim, fine or penalty that may be required to be borne as a result of the User’s failure to comply with the duty described in this paragraph.
